These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FORMULA website and the information it provides, published by Bottle Payment Systems Pvt. Ltd. ("Bottle", "we", "us", "our"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Formula Device hardware, installation, software and support are supplied to properties under a separate signed order form or agreement. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement applies.

The website describes Formula Device and related products for general information. Specifications, features, integrations, images and availability may change, and scenes on the website may be illustrative. The details that apply to your property are those confirmed in writing in your proposal or agreement.

Pricing is not offered on the website. A proposal is prepared for each property based on its spaces, device requirements and integration scope.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable Nepali law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or any connected system.
• Introduce malicious code, or disrupt the website's operation or performance.
• Copy, scrape or republish its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The FORMULA name and logo, the Formula Device design, and the website's text, photography, video, 3D models and software are owned by Bottle Payment Systems Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share the website and the Formula Deck brochure for the purpose of evaluating FORMULA. Any other use requires our written permission.

The website links to and embeds services operated by others, including WhatsApp, Cal.com and the Formula RMS website. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nepali law, Bottle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless a signed agreement between us provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last revised" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
